Drawing is one of my biggest passions! I’ve been drawing and designing original characters and concepts since I was a kid.
Here you can explore the thoughts behind my art and see some of my favorite pieces. Check out my IG for more!
One of the themes that is present the most in my pieces is birds, and sometimes they look sad.
I like to express melancholy through art so I often draw sad characters. It kind of feels like my sadness is clay and the art is a clay figure. Does that make sense?
The way you draw shapes can express different emotions - for example, sharp lines and angles make your character look angry and strong.
My goal is to make soft and bubbly looking characters with big expressive eyes. I want them to look almost fluid, as if they are melting in emotion.
I used to be scared to use bold colors, so I actually avoided coloring most of my pieces for years. In the past couple of years I gradually got out of my comfort zone and started to enjoy using different hues to shade and create depth in the objects.
As you can already tell by now, my favorite colors are orange-yellow's greens and pink.
